ESPW Cheer has a non - competitive, sideline and competition cheer program, both place emphasis on building team dynamics and individual cheerleading skill.  We are careful to observe safety measures by insuring proper individual and team stunting and choreography.

We encourage acceptance and strive for a welcoming spirit to all of the girls as well as to their families.  We offer the younger girls in the program the opportunity to learn about the sport of cheerleading while they try out various other sports and community programs. As the girls get older there is an expectation of increased commitment and preparation for going into the high school cheer program.

GENERALINFORMATION

ESPW Football while taking great pride in winning will conduct all programs as educational activities. Teaching football fundamentals (blocking & tackling), offensive and defensive strategy and the rationale for individual and team play will be stressed.  We will provide a safe social and physical environment for our athletes.  This obligates our program to provide well-trained and experienced coaches and local playing facilities.

We encourage good sportsmanship and good physical and mental health.  ESPW will provide a platform for players to transition into higher level football. Younger players will have the opportunity to learn football while they try out other community sports programs. As the boys get older, increased commitment and preparation toward transitioning into the high school program will be emphasized.
